An EDIT diagnostic by Haajar Jador
Seven layers. One red layer. One edit.
Before you start
Seven questions, then up to three short checks. About two minutes. This does not score you out of a hundred. It finds the earliest layer running on memory, because that is the one making everything after it harder than it needs to be.
Solid means it happens correctly whether or not you are thinking about it. Patchy means it works when you have time and slips when you do not. In my head means it only exists because you remember it, which is the honest answer more often than anyone likes.
You are not being graded. Answer on what happens consistently, not what you intend to happen. Nothing is sent anywhere until you ask for it.

Where this goes next
The Seven Layers shows you where the business is still running on memory. EDIT OS is where you build the operating system that replaces it.
